1 We review your request: Our staff checks availability and reviews your details within 4 working hours.
2 Confirmation sent to you: You receive a confirmation via your chosen contact method with your slot confirmed and, for virtual consultations, payment details.
3 Portal account created: Login credentials emailed to you. View prescriptions and treatment notes, and book future appointments from the portal.
4 Virtual: secure link sent after payment: A unique one-time video link is sent to you. Open it in any browser — no app needed. It expires automatically after your appointment.
